Windows Restarts Before Login Screen.

I've had Windows 7 boot process hose itself so bad that even though it displays the installed OS, it cannot SELECT that OS...and thus never brings up the System Recovery Options See if you can't find someone with an exterior dvd drive (lord knows i've got 2 of them)... After deleting that directory, I restarted the computer thinking the problem would hopefully be fixed, but now the computer restarts right before the login screen ( black screen with mouse pointer). Windows 7 Reboot Loop
So I figured I'd do a chkdsk in dos. But it happened twice on one machine early in its history, both times requiring a full re-install. Boot from your Xp CD ! The time now is 14:45.
