You should be able to get your money back, but not sure about how things work where you are at. I also just started getting issues with all my games freezing after about 5-10 mins as well. Had my graphics card OCed for a while (1 year) and had no problems with gaming until about 1 month ago to which i started getting freezes playing World of warcraft. Also, what brand of PSU did you get, some 450W are notorious of only being able to push out about 325W on a steady basis.
