Within 10 seconds we had a working internet connection. you need to go in there and start getting all your drivers set up. My Windows is always up-to-date, as is my (free) Avast AV, Comodo Firewall and Malwarebyte’s Pro. It has worked for me on several occasions, so it's worth a shot.
