Computer Won't Complete Boot After Downgrading System From Vista


So far it has been running for over 8 hours and the screen says "GO BACK TO PREVIOUS BUILD" and below says "restarting". I guess I'll have to reformat and lose everything because I was stupid and didn't back up because I trusted Microsoft. I can't play videos or open some websites.
