Can't Access Safe Mode BSOD!
Same BSOD in safe mode as well Computer BSOD, does not boot into safe mode. I can boot everyday, every time normally, no problem, I can NOT boot into safe mode as my thread mentioned. If your hard drive is made by Toshiba, unfortunately, you're out of luck, because Toshiba doesn't provide any diagnostic tool. just hit “Y”, then Enter to confirm your decision: FIXBOOT 7. http://tenten10.com/safe-mode/can-only-access-internet-in-safe-mode.php

Start tapping this immediately after pressing the power button.
