I have unistalled Google Toolbar, it didnt help. I am able to live with the issue because I can use the fully qualified name of the computer, and all is fine. I tried System Restore as well but everytime i tried it (since i have had this computer) it just tells me Restore cannot be completed; So i am always back to Change to the "Privacy" tab.
