It's when I REBOOT that all the saved credentials are wiped out. when i try and login to a forum i belong to,my login info seems to login but the forum goes into a private mode that prevents me from viewing anything. Of the list of "possible problems" above, IE11 resolves #2, #5, #8, and #9 as well as most cases of #4.
