I had a similar problem with my computer. Thank you option 3 worked instantly and I am not a computer whiz...to those who asked how do you download the file if you cannot open internet explorer is that you for toshiba portege laptop. I have asked other computer people and the repair staff at various computer stores, but no one else seems to have encountered this problem.
