I couldn't have done this without your help. I have never been able to get completely rid of viruses, spyware, trojans or any other malware, no matter what I used, how much I paid for it or how long It seems to have worked, as no more pop-ups have shown up.

BlackLight will use Windows Explorer (the desktop process) to scan for hidden items. Basically, when he opens IE to browse the web he gets pop up windows constantly.
